My husband and I have been married for almost 2 years now and the last picture we had together was our wedding picture. We are moving to South Korea soon and want to have pictures before we leave.

I would LOVE to win an engagement session! We don’t have much money because we are grad students, trying to plan a wedding. Therefore, we have just assumed pictures like these were not possible. We have no professional photos together and I would absolutely love the opportunity to have some taken before this summer as we will be apart from June – September. Also we will be coming to Michigan over the week of the 19th to do wedding planning.

That would be so awesome to win a free session!!! My brother and his wife just had a baby girl we thought it’d be cute to get her picture taken with our 20 month old little boy! I love the candid shots, but pretty much we’d be open to whatever! We want to give my parents a really neat picture of the two grand-babies for their 30th anniversary that is coming up…:)

It would be amazing to win a session to take outdoor spring photos with our daughter who will be 2 in May! Something about the photography and editing you do to the outdoor photos makes the colors pop, and they always look absolutely enchanting! (Plus, spring colors look like a fairytale to begin with) Leilani is growing up so fast and changing so much that I love to get great photos of her at any opportunity. I would super love a session with my family. Emily took pictures of my 2 boys a couple years ago in her studio but not with Rich and I. The last family picture we had taken Grant wasn’t even 1 and he is 6! I would love an outdoor session in the summer or fall. Haven’t had pictures taken professionally outside since I was a senior in High School about a 100 yrs ago!
I would LOVE a family photo for my mom and dad. They are divorced but are friendly and have 4 grown children with 4 spouses and 9 grandchildren. We have NEVER had a photo with everyone together since the divorce 25 years ago!

It’s been two years and I still don’t have quality photos of me in my wedding gown. I would a redress session with my husband though he’d be bit more casual.
There is also the option of a photo shoot for Kevin’s family. I think they deserve it!
And if there weren’t the Dec 10 deadline I’d ask for a baby bump shoot whenever my time comes. But who knows when that would be. lol

I would love to have my 91 yr old mother photographed. It has been a long time since she had professional photos done and, while she is healthy for her age, we really don’t know how much longer she’ll be with us. She is one of the most beautiful people I know, always smiling and happy. We are very blessed!

I have had many trials and deaths in my family in the past year or so. My view of the world has changed so much. I am now proud of who i am as a person and how i look – even though by the worlds standard i might be so. I admire you and look up to you and your family. What you do touches so many lives, in your business and in the church. if i were to recieve the free session, i would love to get a few nice photos of myself and a few with my dad. Hello! I would love to win a free session for my momma. This year is her 50th(don’t tell her I told you:])birthday that happens to fall on mother’s day. My niece Candice is coming home from Mexico (where she now lives) for a few weeks, starting this Sunday evening. She’s bringing her 4 month old daughter Jade Isabella! My wish would be for Candice to win the session so she could have gorgeous one of a kind Emily Smith photos of her beautiful baby girl! Maybe a couple priceless mother/daughter shots also. Jade has chubby cheeks, lots of dark hair, and big brown eyes. She’d be lots of fun to photograph!

Brett & I got engaged at a FABULOUS winery here in Southern California.
I can’t imagine anyone BUT Emily taking our engagement photos and we would LOVE to have them taken in Temecula, CA at the winery.
Since we’re getting married back in Michigan, it would be amazing if we could have our E photos taken in the picturesque vineyards.
Of course I will pay your travel and hotel… but without the free package I won’t be able to afford to pay for the travel and the session.

Emily you have captured pictures of my children that I will cherish for a life time and now my first grandchild will be born this month and my walls are calling out for a perfect picture of our new addition. Even if I don’t win the contest you know I’ll be calling you.
About 3 weeks ago, it was discovered that little Rozlyn (at 9 months old) has to begin wearing glasses due to the same problem that Gavin has. He was a little over a year when it was discovered for him. How adorable and memorable would it be to have a session with you to forever remember through photos those days when “glasses” became such a part of their lives and our lives. I am perhaps even seeing a photo where all of us who will always share in their journey with glasses are in one of the photos – all wearing glasses too.

Wow, so many people I could think of who would benefit from having family photo’s done. One in particular I could come up with would be Julie and Bill Vanwormer and their 5 adorable children. They are such an inspiration to me and they live their lives totally and wholly focused on Jesus Christ. Such a joy to have shared many memories and joyful moments with a family that shows God’s light in them in everything they do….

I’d love to have a session with my entire family. We’re a small group and close knit, but in my 25 years we’ve never had one nice picture of all of us.
